Periodigo: Go Periodical Literature in the Western World, by Franco Pratesi and Theo van Ees. Multimage; 2001.

This is a bibliography of all periodicals devoted to go that are written in Western languages. For the period before 1946, there aren't many such periodicals, so it also includes some important articles about go in periodicals devoted to other subjects. From 1946 on, it restricts itself solely to periodicals about go.

It seems quite complete; I had no idea that there had been so many such periodicals published over the years! For each periodical it lists the publisher, the publishing format, the editor, and gives a table of all the known issues that were published together with their dates of publication, the number of pages, and whatever other information might vary on an issue-to-issue basis. It also occasionally gives some brief historical information.

If you're a collector, it's a great resource to have; if you're not a collector, you probably won't care about the information in here. And, if you're not a collector, you probably won't be able to get a copy: the book says that

This edition is intended as preliminary, limited to sixty out-of-sale copies, offered by the authors to the attention of associations and experts, who hopefully will assist in improving the contents for the subsequent editions in program.
